Privacy Policy

Effective September 16, 2026

This policy explains how Reply Radar collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use replyradar.lol and the Reply Radar service.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in with X, Reply Radar receives and stores information needed to identify your account, including your X user ID, username, display name and profile image. Our current OAuth permissions are read-only and do not allow Reply Radar to publish posts, likes, reposts or direct messages on your behalf.

We store the accounts you add to your watchlist, their priority settings, saved opportunities, alert preferences and other settings you configure in Reply Radar. To operate the radar, we also process and cache public X information such as account identifiers, usernames, profile images, follower counts, public posts and public engagement metrics.

2. Billing information

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect payment method, billing, transaction and related checkout information. Reply Radar stores Stripe identifiers and subscription information needed to determine your plan and access, but Reply Radar does not receive or store your full payment card number.

3. Browser, session and notification data

We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We may process basic request and security information, such as IP-derived request data, for authentication, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

If you enable browser notifications, we store the push subscription endpoint and cryptographic keys supplied by your browser so we can deliver alerts to that device. You can disable the subscription from Reply Radar settings or your browser settings.

4. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website and product usage and improve Reply Radar. Analytics may process technical information about visits and interactions in accordance with Vercel's applicable privacy practices. We do not use X Content to build advertising profiles.

5. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize watchlists and radar signals, calculate opportunity scores, deliver alerts, process subscriptions, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, measure product usage and improve Reply Radar.

6. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with infrastructure, analytics, payment and notification service providers; when required by law; to protect Reply Radar, our users or others; or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information. X data remains subject to X's applicable terms and policies.

7. X data

Reply Radar uses the X API to provide its monitoring features. X Content displayed or processed by Reply Radar remains subject to X's terms, policies and applicable developer requirements. Reply Radar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by X Corp.

If X Content is deleted, protected, suspended, withheld or otherwise removed, we may delete or update cached copies as required by X's developer requirements or applicable law.

8. Data retention

We retain account, subscription, watchlist and service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Reply Radar, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and enforce agreements. Cached X data may be refreshed or removed as needed to operate the service and comply with X requirements.

9. Your choices and rights

You may manage browser notifications and billing through the controls provided in Reply Radar. You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your Reply Radar account. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTP-only authentication cookies, server-side API credentials and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Reply Radar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must also meet any age requirements applicable to their use of X and Stripe.

12. International users

Reply Radar is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
